Great place and location
This is the perfect location. Directly at the base of Peak 9 at the Silverthorn lift. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Sadly there is no laundry in the actual unit and no central air. We had unseasonably warm temperatures and being on the 6th floor as heat rises made it quite warm in our unit. I was also a bit surprised at how low the toilets are. You’d think that as easy as it is to replace toilets these days, they could opt to put ADA accessible height toilets in the unit. Other than these two things the unit and the complex are absolutely outstanding! We truly enjoyed our stay.
This place was perfect. It was in such a great location, the management company was so responsive. The unit was well equipped with games, great cookware, and all the amenities someone could want when on vacation. O… and the beds were super comfortable! We highly recommend staying here and would love to go back!

Great location, beautiful view from the living room onto the base of slope 9. Great condo for 2 couples with each having its own en suite.
We had the most wonderful stay! Cade was so quick to respond while there, spent 20 minutes on the phone with me the week before arrival, giving all of the best recommendations for my family with young kids! Relaxing in the room with the view of the slopes, tubing and skiing Frisco Adventure Park, and just exploring the town or Breck, it made for all of the best memories!
Our stay was perfect for a ski in / ski out weekend. The condo overlooks Peak 9 Quicksilver SuperChair, which is just a 3 minute walk from the condo. The condo itself has everything you need for your stay, including fans, humidifiers, cooking supplies, board games, and more. The beds are comfortable and the views from the balcony are great. Parking is a bit tight and can be tricky at first, but otherwise, covered and right by the elevator which leads you do your unit. The owner was also very responsive and texted or called when I had a question. Very attentive and on it, which is appreciated. The only negative thing (which is more about the building than the unit) is there is only 1 elevator which at peak times can take a while. Otherwise, definitely a great condo to be in the center of Breck and the lift.

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Slope Side Getaways will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Slope Side Getaways will match it.
