We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, easy to get to, and very close walking distance to town, the gondola, and the lifts at the base of peak 9. The bed, linens, and pillows were very comfortable, as was the couch. We ate out most nights but the kitchen was well stocked had we decided to cook instead. The shower got piping hot, which was great after a long day! This place was perfect for our long weekend getaway—we would definitely stay again in the future.

This was some of our party’s first time skiing and it was the perfect access for all for the slopes. It was also a quintessential mountain town with great shops, bakeries, and restaurants in short walking distance. The Amenities were great and felt a bit like my spa at home. Thanks again!

I have been coming to Breckenridge for the last six years and I’ve stayed in so many different venues, large and small. This is a perfect slope side in and out location in the village right at the base of peak nine. Parking is covered which is a definite plus! Keyless entry for the parking garage, elevators as well as for the condo is also superb. This means you can’t go upstairs on the elevatorwithout having the app which makes security plus, although it’s not really needed in Breckenridge. The extra toiletries in the bathroom were appreciated and having a fully stocked functioning, kitchen was great to be able to cook breakfast and dinner. The bed was extra comfy, and the linens were top-notch. Communication with the host was fantastic as he responds immediately. This unit in the village is less than a three minute walk to Main Street and you have access to all restaurants and shops.
Amazing location on peak 9. Literally can’t ask for much more. Easy walk over to Quicksilver to bounce around the mountain. Noise in the building is pretty brutal. Walls are super thin and with the bed right next to the wall connected to the hallway, sleeping was difficult. Earplugs are a must, and would have appreciated a fan for some noise or general air movement. Otherwise, great building, amenities, location, and overall room was what I expected.
I absolutely loved Slope side Getaways! Caden made everything seamless and provided me great recommendations. The property is in an amazing location. Can’t wait to book with them my next trip!
Super solid cozy condo - close to everything! Great fitness center, and perfect for anyone that wants to be surrounded by it all!

Cancellation policy
Refundable Bookings
Cancellation deadlines:
- For stays under 15 nights, you may cancel or reschedule up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. For stays 15 nights or longer, the cancellation window is 60 days.
- For some homes, a 30-day deadline applies — this will be clearly shown before you book.
- Cancellations must be submitted before 4 PM EST on the deadline day to qualify.
Fair-Refund Policy
If you cancel after the deadline:
- Slope Side Getaways will relist your dates and automatically refund you for any nights that rebook.
- The refund per night will be the lower of the original price or the rebooking rate. Nights that do not rebook are non-refundable.
Half-Now, Half-Later Bookings
- The first half of your payment is non-refundable.
- The second half may be refunded according to the standard cancellation policy above.
Non-Refundable Bookings
If you selected a Non-Refundable rate at checkout, the booking cannot be changed or canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Date Changes & Rebooking
Once a stay is canceled, you can't rebook the same dates yourself. If you need help choosing new dates, our Concierge team is happy to assist.
Transfers to Another Guest
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no charge. Just contact the Concierge with the new guest's name and email. The new guest must accept the transfer for it to take effect.
Policy Match Guarantee
If a better price is available for the same property on Airbnb or the owner's site, contact the Concierge — Slope Side Getaways will match it.
